That line above the head that it couldn’t go over this morning is the very same trend line that was resistance, should have held …but didn’t.

So we are back to square one, going for 1.07100.

Problem is FOMC and all the possible outcomes and expectations – it all depends on pre positioning.

look at EUR crosses for a clue… a further dip in EURGBP is creating a tug-of-war between EURUSD and GBPUSD

Knez, it is trying to form a bottom and to try Up on 4h. Depends on how the market wants to wait for FOMC

One way of looking at the gap is that as long as it stays above 1.0520-25, there is a risk the gao could get filled.

This should get resolved either way sometime tomoirrow when US CPI and FOMC meeting are key events.

USDJPY 4 HOUR CHART –BoJ?

 

The risk of the BoJ increases shoukd USDJPY trade abice 157.50, at least that is probably the market’s assumptiom.

On the downside, expect support as long as it trades above 156.50.
