Not much action after a Lawsuit was filed against Roaring Kitty ( The Manipulator )

Investors in GameStop (GME) have for now withdrawn their lawsuit accusing Keith Gill, who is known as “Roaring Kitty” and helped spur the meme stock mania of 2021, of defrauding them through a “pump-and-dump” scheme for the videogame retailer.

A proposed class action accusing Gill of securities fraud was filed on Friday in the Brooklyn, New York, federal court, but voluntarily withdrawn on Monday without explanation. The lawsuit can be refiled, according to the filing.

But it drops below 120.25 bigger correction would take place, targeting 111.40

Any close below 61.600 would open a gate for attack at 58.650.

XAUUSD – Gold Daily

Supports at : 2325.00 , 2305.00 & 2290.00

Resistances at : 2340.00 , 2365.00 & 2385.00

What we are looking at in last 3 weeks looks more and more as a correction .

As long as Gold stays above 2275.00 it has a very good chance to break higher and target new High in 2550.00 area.

Resistances at : 20.025.00 , 20.165.00 & 20.550.00

If manages to break above 20.550.00 and hold onto it, target is in 22.000 area

Playing between roughly 1.06600 and 1.07800

As long as it stays within this Rectangle, it is possible to play it both sides.

But be aware that this looks more and more as Buying dips and getting ready to break Up.

I have warned days ago that time is of essence when it comes to continuation of the downtrend – well time is up….

Just as a good measure ( technically speaking ) we might see another dip to around 1.06800 and then strongly Up – but not necessarily ….

If this week closes above 1.08 the game is On.

Also if you watch Trump sitting down with Dr Phil, and in videos on youtube of him sitting with world leaders in person, he is extremely congenial and respectful.  And incredibly sharp.  There is a lot of idealistic nonsense out there which is flat false.  Again, not a fan, but I think I get it.

JP – Trump is a lot like Ozzy Ozborne.  What people do not realize about the Oz is most of his songs are about not embracing the dark side, he just did it like Vincent Price did in movies.  I firmly believe, if he becomes president, there will be initial chaos followed over time by improved economic performance and trade.  Anyone thinking anything else is convincing themselves of things that don’t exist.  Trump actually wants balance and fairness.  I studied him closely.  Not a fan in particular, but I think I get it.

This feels like a sparring match week which for most in the US a 4-day holiday weekend, 2 elections, US jobs report.

One change this week seems to be the steepening of the yield curve and concerns over what happens with inflation and budget deficits should Trump become president, although this story has a ways to play out.

Aussie futures are right in the middle of a 15 day span/range.  I like Aussie during data releases and events like Fed speak because I believe it functions in a more legitimate way vs Euro, which becomes a stop run minefield.  Bias is still up for me in Aussie from below overall.
