Similar to NAs100 it is now 4 down weeks in a tow… back above last week’s high would be needed to break the pattern

Let’s call it the Trump Retreat that has US500 trading at levels not seen in almost 6 months.

At a minimum, 5670+ would be needed to slow the freefall but only 5800 would ease the riSk.

Support is a guess so use 5600 and 5500 asa potential pause levelds.

4 down weeks in a row and searching for a place to pause

In this regard, needs 20000+ top slow the risk, a move above last week’s high to break the pattern.

XAUUSD 4 HOUR CHART –    Hit a wall at 2930

Repeated failure to break 2930 has put it more on the defensive

Now dependent on 2858 holding to prevent a run at the 2832 low.

Another way tio look at this is 2881 = midway of 2832-2930, so could act as a pivot level.

Now it acts as a resistance at 1.08450/500

Supports at 1.08250 & 1.08050

First target at 1.07650

USDJPY high just now 147.30… so paused below 147.35

Now USDJPY pop back abOve 147… above 147.17 breaks momwntum but faces resistance at 147.35

It is all about a risk off day and JPY getting the safe haven flows. CADJOY remains the worst performer (weak CAD)

i may be reading too much into one headline but EURUSD seemeerd to lose a little of its swagger after that the Greens had issues with increaed d=spending just on defense.

DAX – GER 30

So option No1 came through : Break below 22.900 would lead Dax to around 22.350

Watch closely that Support as it is the Major base for any Up move.

As Yoyo behaviour continues, be ready for anything !

Keep in mind that if DAX fails to penetrate support at 22.350 it will turn Up again and it can be violently….

XAUUSD – Gold

Resistances: 2920.00, 2930.00 & 2960.00

Supports: 2895.00, 2880.00 & 2830.00

Gold tried for 5 days to go back above the previous support trendline – now Resistance, but failed.

Now we should see test of Supports – Ideally it should have a nice correction all the way to 2765.00, but 2830.00 would do the job as well…

USDCAD 4 HOUR  – TARIFF CLOUD

CAD has been the underperformer today, weaker not just vs the USD but vs the JPY as well

Political vacuum to deal with the tariff cloud hanging over Canada  is seen on this cart that would need toi regain 1.4435-50 to put the key 1.56+ area on plat again.

Keeps a bid as long as it holds 1.4350-55.

Supports: 1.08450, 1.08300 & 1.08200

Resistance: 1.08750, 1.08900 & 1.09650

Next 4h Bar is crucial for the direction – if it manages to go above 1.08900 and stay above it, EUR will continue Up.

In such a case target is in 1.10600 area.

If not, we should be watching everything between 1.05600 & 1.06400 down there.
