China-based EV company NIO Inc. NIO is slated to release third-quarter 2024 results on Wednesday, before the opening bell. The Consensus Estimate for the to-be-reported quarter is pegged at a loss of 32 cents a share on revenues of $2.7 billion.

AudJpy will either break over 101 and run, EurJpy will do the same around the area I noted earlier and UsdJpy will head for the higher mark I sighted, or they all collapse with UsdJpy not reaching that mark.  Side note, RBA minutes tonight.

What kept UsdJpy at bay last night was Japanese officials mouthing off a little.  Would love to see 155.70 or so.  Sell side is preferred side but the more dangerous little buy’s are there along the way.  In recent days this pair has been filled with false breaks on both sides.  UsdJpy is almost surely going higher it is simply in the process or exploring false breaks to make sure they are false and rebalancing.

UsdJpy is targeting 154.50 area where we might see longs.  No guarantee but I was perfect last night in Asia for 75 points on 2 trades on both sides.  Preferred side is long from much higher I noted here last night.
